MODE OF PAYMENT:
A downpayment of half is required so we can ship all the major equipments within a week, then we will arrange a date to complete other equipments and products for the completion of the payment.
DO YOU PROVIDE TRAINING?
Yes we provide training or a cooking demo at your location once all the equipments and products are given. Remaining balance from the package will also be settled on that day.

Just send us your order and we will commit to deliver your orders the same day or next day via delivery courier.

IS THERE A MOQ?
There is no Minimum Order Quantity or MOQ since delivery fee will be shouldered by the franchisee every order and delivery.
DO I NEED TO MARINATE THE PRODUCTS?
There is no need to marinate our products since all products are already marinated from our end so the quality will be consistent.
What you need to do is to is just to put the products in the cooking equipment and timer it. Easy.
IS THERE A ROYALTY FEE?
As part of our promo, we don't have any royalty fee. However, we have a Renewal Fee of P15,000 yearly for store owners / franchisee to distinguish if the you will still continue.
WHEN CAN I OPERATE?
Yes, marketing materials such as timely graphics and videos are free and is provided by the franchisor on a timely basis. However, you will also have the freedom to upload your own designs and graphics to personalize and market your own page concerning that the content is approved and relevant to our brand.
ARE MARKETING ADS FREE?
In as short as 10 to 14 days as soon as the equipments are ready, you can immediately start your business since our system is easy and ready to operate.
WHEN CAN I GET MY ROI?
Just like in any other business, ROl or Return of Investment depends on how you pertorm and run your business. We have franchisees who got their ROl in as short as 10 months while others are more than a year. Using our system and method of marketing, you can expect getting your ROl in less time.
CAN I CONSTRUCT MY STORE?
Yes, you can construct your own store. However, you have to comply to our standard design and quality to assure that we are synchronize to our branding and image.
CAN I OUTSOURCE MY OWN EQUIPMENTS?
As for our standard, we don't allow franchisee to outsource their equipments. Initial equipments and packages must come from us. Otherwise, a THIRD-PARTY FEE of up to 80K must be paid.
CAN I CREATE MY OWN MENU AND SRP?
No, you cannot create your own menu and cannot incorporate other products on our menu. SRP and official menu must be observed at all times unless approved by the management.
CAN I UPGRADE FROM SFH TO STORE AND OUTSOURCE MY EQUIPMENTS?
Yes, you can upgrade your SFH (Sell From Home / Homebased) store to a physical store, however as for our standard policy, equipments and packages must come from us. Otherwise a corresponding UPGRADE FEE of 50K must be paid.
